I have expert knowledge with e-learning instructional design, effective F2F instruction, leadership theory practice & education (my graduate degree is in organizational leadership/development), relationship building/coaching and CQI/QA. I hold several healthcare specialty credentials as well as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
