Managing Conflict in the Workplace and How to Bring Out the Best in Your Employees
This workshop will uncover the fundamental, inevitable forces of conflict, how to manage them, and what to do to when they get out of control. We will use brain science, listening and questioning skills, and discuss relevant and practical strategies to deal with difficult situations and difficult people. You will learn mediation practices to create ‘positive workplaces’ through effective prevention and timely resolution of workplace conflict. Instructor: Max Collette, a certified mediator, trainer, master facilitator and instructor for the SVC Business Management program. Max earned a masters in Organizational Development after 25 years as a professional chef, and provides interactive fun workshops that employ real world leading-edge information.

Workshop Registration $25 Please note: Workshops run during the lunch hour to make it convenient for our business partners, though we do not provide lunch. This helps us to conduct the workshops at a minimum cost for our participants. However, participants are more than welcome to bring in their own lunch and beverages.
