Managing Conflict in the Workplace and How to Bring Out the Best in Your Employees

This workshop will uncover the fundamental, inevitable forces of conflict, how to manage them, and what to do to when they get out of control. We will use brain science, listening and questioning skills, and discuss relevant and practical strategies to deal with difficult situations and difficult people. You will learn mediation practices to create ‘positive workplaces’ through effective prevention and timely resolution of workplace conflict.
